- MUBBS ANSWERING MACHINE
- -----------------------
- This is no more than a specially configured
- "bare bones" MUBBS setup.
-
- There is no new code. It uses MUBBS v 0.5 with
- most of it stripped away.
-
- Do NOT copy any of these files into your existing MUBBS directories!!!
- Keep it in a COMPLETELY separate directory!!!
-
- Do NOT try to run it at the same time as your regular MUBBS BBS!!!
-
- The only reason I config'd this was so I could do maintenance on MUBBS
- files without someone calling in and jacking up the whole thing.
-
- Run this in a separate directory. When someone trys to call your BBS,
- it will answer, send a short message, then will politely hang up.
-
- That way you can do file maintenance on your regular MUBBS system
- and people trying to call up won't get pissed off.
-
-
- The standard caveats apply. Run it at your own risk. Don't blame
- me for any computer explosions or data loss. Those of you who
- are running MUBBS already know what a solid application it is.
-
- Hope this helps.

-
- P.S.- I've only logged into it locally. Seems to work fine.
-
- P.P.S.- Look at the TEXT file: "message.txt" inside the "message" folder.
- You'll want to write the custom outgoing message there.
